life

this is my second personal photo I took. I like this photo because of the interesting framing around a tiny plant. The framing as well as the lighting makes this photograph interesting giving it a feeling a life anew. If you watch all around this little plant is surounded entirely by concrete.

I found this photograph to be very interesting due to the fact that it looks like a heart with all the arteries and veins running through. The image looks like it was a dead flower of some sort originally however, the way it is photographed graphically makes it look like a humans heart.

I chose this particular photograph because I liked the composition with the hands as well as the lighting on the individual down below. He seems to have a world full of worries and trying to get away from all of it. The lighting on the subgect as well as the hands themselves make eveything more dramatice. For some reason there seems to be a spot light on top of the subject itself however, all the hands seem to have lighting come from the side or lower.

I took this photo while sitting around in union square
I noticed the beautiful lighting on a group of children just
passing by and decided to take a couple shots. This particular shot
was interesting because the little girl noticed me and made eye contact.
